Arrival is seamless and self-service. By the day of arrival at the latest, you receive all practical information by e-mail: access codes, the address, parking instructions and a short briefing on the property.
You can arrive at your own pace — no waiting for a meeting, no fixed arrival slot. For questions during your stay, we remain available 24/7 by phone and WhatsApp.
We rent our properties only in fixed blocks: week stay, mid-week stay or weekend stay.
Check-in is on Monday or Friday, from 4 p.m.
Check-out:
Week: Monday to Monday, or Friday to Friday (7 nights).
Mid-week: Monday to Friday (4 nights).
Weekend: Friday to Monday, or Friday to Sunday (2 or 3 nights).
For specific requests — for example a two-week stay or a private event — you can contact us directly.
You book directly via our website, through one of the individual property pages. You are taken to our booking system, choose dates and pay online by credit card or bank transfer.
For tailored stays, longer periods (weekly or monthly) or specific requests, you can also contact us directly.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact and SEPA transfer. Payment is processed through a secure environment.
For both properties we work with a credit card deposit. This is done by pre-authorisation on your credit card, arranged before arrival — no cash needed on the day, and the amount is not actually charged unless damage is identified upon departure.
The exact procedure is sent to you after confirmation of your booking.
By default we apply a non-flexible cancellation policy: no refund is granted in case of cancellation. At booking you may optionally choose a flexible cancellation, which lets you cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

In both properties pets are not allowed by default. On request we look at each situation individually — let us know at booking and we will come back to you quickly.
Both properties are 100% non-smoking inside. Smoking is allowed on the terrace or balcony, with respect for odours and neighbours. If smoking inside is identified, additional cleaning costs will be charged.
Villa Picasso: underground garage for four cars, plus outdoor parking for another four cars.
Flat Monet: double underground garage in the building, plus paid street parking nearby.
Both properties are connected to fibre with speeds of 500 Mbps or more. Suitable for video calls, streaming and remote work.
Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided for the number of guests in your booking. Beach towels can be delivered on request.
A hairdryer and iron are not provided in either property. A drying rack is available.
Not by default. For stays of seven nights or more we can arrange a mid-week refresh on request (linen change + light tidy-up), at additional cost.
On request, we arrange whatever you would like sorted before or during your stay:

Let us know at least 72 hours before the desired date. We work with a trusted pool of chefs who cook both classic (French/Belgian) and contemporary, with respect for seasonal coastal products.
Indicative price: €90 — 180 per person, excluding drinks. Tailored to the number of guests and the desired menu.
A simple welcome pack for the kitchen and coffee/tea is included as standard — a starter supply of coffee, tea, milk, sugar, basic kitchen items and dish products so you can get going right away.
A more extensive shopping list (fresh bread, local products, wine, fruit) can be arranged at additional cost — request at least 48 hours before arrival.
Both are family-friendly. Villa Picasso has a family room with two double beds and two built-in children's beds, a table-football in the garage, and generous outdoor space. Flat Monet is suited to smaller families, with a sofa-bed in the living area and the sea a two-minute walk away.
For specific needs (high chair, stair gate, etc.) you can contact us in advance — we will see what we can do.
Villa Picasso is regularly used for private events, small corporate meetings (max. 20 people) and editorial photoshoots. Contact us directly for a tailored quote.
