Lux Living offers two carefully designed properties on the Belgian west coast. A contemporary villa in the dunes of Oostduinkerke, and a refined apartment on the seafront of De Panne.

Both properties were designed by Belgian interior architects. Natural stone, oak, leather and linen. Iconic design pieces that grow more beautiful with use — no showroom, no seasonal styling.

Arrival is seamless via personal instructions and access codes sent by e-mail beforehand. During your stay you are independent; for questions we remain available 24/7 by phone and WhatsApp.

Location

Our properties sit in the most prized spots of the Belgian coast — the dunes of Oostduinkerke, the seafront of De Panne. Places where building land is scarce and the walk to the sea shorter than a coffee.

Each property was thoroughly redesigned by Belgian interior architects. Natural stone, oak, leather, linen. Iconic design pieces and contemporary art. No seasonal styling — but materials that grow more beautiful with time.

Before your arrival you receive all access codes, instructions and practical information — so check-in and check-out run smoothly, at your chosen time. For any question we remain available 24/7 by phone and WhatsApp.

05 — Our story

Two properties,
in our own care.

Lux Living was founded in 2023 with one goal: to offer Belgian-coast properties the kind of attention they deserve. No anonymous rentals, no catalogue furniture. Just homes with character, decorated by Belgian interior architects and managed in-house.

Today we rent two properties: Villa Picasso, a contemporary villa in the dunes of Oostduinkerke, and Flat Monet, a refined apartment on the Esplanade of De Panne. We grow deliberately slowly — each next property must meet the standard of the previous one.

Better two done right than twenty mediocre.
