CANCELLATION POLICY

General

We have implemented a range of measures to ensure your peace of mind when you book with us, so you can focus on enjoying your holiday. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we strive to help you cancel your trip with the most favorable conditions possible. Unfortunately, due to contractual obligations, we cannot guarantee a full refund in all cases. We strongly recommend that you carefully review the following cancellation policies so that you can make informed decisions and meet any deadlines. This document is part of our commitment to transparency and is intended to provide clear and unambiguous instructions regarding the cancellation procedures and associated deadlines for your reservation.

 

Our cancellation policy

  • Non-flexible cancellation policy: In case of cancellation for any reason, no fees will be refunded by Lux Living. 

 

  • Flexible cancellation policy: If you need more flexibility or are concerned about possible travel restrictions, we offer an alternative solution. We have a flexible cancellation policy that can be added to your reservation during the payment process. This option is especially suitable if you want to forego comprehensive travel insurance. Our flexible policy gives you the freedom to cancel or change your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival. Please note, however, that after this period the full reservation amount will be automatically debited and no refund will be made.

Cancellation

In the event that we are forced to cancel your reservation for any reason, such as unavailability of an apartment or a change in health condition, we will inform you immediately and offer alternative options at no extra cost. These options may include offering an equivalent stay or adjusting the dates of your reservation. If we are unable to find a satisfactory alternative, we will refund your entire reservation amount.

Travel credit

Lux Living travel credits are granted only under exceptional circumstances and are subject to Lux Living's discretion on a case-by-case basis. These credits allow customers to book a stay in one of our apartments at a later date than their original trip. However, if a reservation made using travel credits is cancelled, no refund or rescheduling options will be provided. The cancellation policy for the original reservation remains unchanged. It is important to know that all Lux Living travel credits are valid for six months. In addition, these credits can be transferred to persons who are 18 years of age or older.

Travel insurance

We recommend that all customers take out comprehensive travel insurance that covers unexpected events that may disrupt their travel. Although we do not offer insurance directly, please do not hesitate to contact us if you require proof of travel to facilitate your claim with your insurance company.
